It is also within easy walking/driving distance of the major festival sites, including the East Coast Blues and Roots festival, New Years Eve, Byron Triathlon, Byron Bay Writers Festival and A Taste of Byron.

The world famous Byron Bay markets are held on the 1st and 3rd Sundays of every month, just opposite the apartment. There you can get great food, fabulous and unique retail items, listen to world class music or just enjoy the ambience. There are also organic gourmet food markets held there every Thursday morning - including great local coffee and breakfast items.

The courtyard is child friendly, fully fenced and safe. There are lovely parks, forest boardwalks, beaches and cafes just moments away, including Byron Bay's unique rainforest walk (50 metres from your door).
